Today I celebrate a milestone in my fight against Diabetes. When I checked the scale this morning, I found out that I’ve lost a total of 45 pounds since the time I was diagnosed. Wow! Now that’s something, right?
To celebrate, I’m posting a photo of me doing my workout today.
Diabetes made me insulin resistant. With a healthy diet and a more active lifestyle, I was able to manage my blood glucose levels. To be honest, I don’t know if it can actually be reversed, but I’m willing to find out.
