Where can you get a police clearance? From the police.
Where are the police? In the police station.
And is there a better place in Quezon City than to go straight to their headquarters?

With that logic, I went to Camp Karingal in Sikatuna Village to get my police clearance only to find out that I should get it from Quezon City Hall.
