A Taste of Government Service
How could have Quezon City won the award for best city when it is clearly Marikina who has more structure in terms of government services? I’ve been to both city halls in a span of less than a week. I got my Community Tax Certificate in Marikina and applied for my Marriage License in Quezon City.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how Marikina handles their clientele. Parking was not a problem ,their city hall was very well lighted and organized, and to top it all off, their people are very accomodating and warm.
A far cry from my Quezon City experience, with inadequate parking spaces, poor office lay-out, and cold and impersonal people.
