It’s a Thursday. I’m taking some time out before I start working on the serious stuff.
I just got my payslips today and all I can say is ‘Tang Inang Tax ‘Yan! Why is it that they automatically deduct the tax from our salary? Shouldn’t there be an “Evade Tax” option somewhere?
I came in the office before 9 o’ clock in the morning today so I can leave at exactly 5:52 this afternoon because Charo and I have an appointment with Dino Lara at eight in Makati. I even printed a map going to his place just in case we get lost. Hehehehe!
More and more it seems like our reception venue would be the Rockwell Tennis Courts. If ever, this would be the third wedding in the office with the Nuestra Señora de Gracia as the church and the Rockwell Tennis Courts as the reception venue. Hmmmm.
Got really touched when I read Charo’s blog entry today. It must be hard being an only kid and being the center of your parents’ universe.
Growing up in a family with my two other siblings, I am guilty of taking my parents for granted. It seems like I just rent a room in our own house. I leave early for work and arrive home late with interactions kept to a minimum. And as for display of emotions, count me out. When it comes to them I’m not the showy(?) type. It’s a guy trait in my family, I guess. But I know someday I’m going to regret this.
