Instead of being defensive to criticism on what you do and say things like “that’s impossible! The retry link has got to be there!”, why don’t you take a more open stand and see if what the person is saying might be true?

How can we be able to help each other out if we’re overly defensive on what we do and shoot down each person who enters our territory? In our line of work, we have to be first ones to admit and accept that there are things we can and cannot do. Only through this openness to ourselves will we be on top.
