Day one of planning is over and I could say that there are good improvements with the boss. I guess the one-on-one with everyone and the inuman sessions paid off.

There was a discussion in the session this afternoon if there is really a gap between mancom and the employees. I said yes. But I pointed out that compared to other companies, we are lucky because we get to air out whatever we want to tell our bosses.

So is this gap good or bad? It depends on one’s school of thought. Some would say that there shouldn’t be a gap at all while others would say otherwise. I’d go for something in-between.
