It’s 1:15 in the morning and the question in my mind is will there be office later?

It has begun. The Tour, that is. Lance Armstrong began his bid for his fourth consecutive Tour de France with a win in today’s prologue time trial, beating Frenchman, Laurent Jalabert, by two seconds.Without his main rivals, Jan Ulrich and Marco Pantani, a lot of people say that this is going to be a great race — for second place.

I wished I biked today. Seeing Lance in action kinda inspired me to do that Antipolo climb again. But with the heavy rains and strong winds brought about by typhoon Gloria, I had no choice but to stay in the house, watch the Tour and clean my hardtail.

ESPN’s published schedule of the Tour was wrong. Good thing I was watching at twelve or I would’ve missed it completely. Same as years before, they didn’t cover it in full. Everything was all packed in a 30-minute highlight show. How could they cover a four-hour event and put it in one half-hour show? And their published schedule on the website was wrong. Fucking idiots.
