A lot of people are leaving or have already left the company.
It’s quite interesting to note that some of them would leave without a definite place to go rather than stay.
I wonder if they talk about it.
On another perspective, it must be really hard for them working on a tight budget. One by one, your key people are filing their resignation letters, and you have nothing to offer them. Your targets are set at a high level by your god, the morale of your crew is down, and all you’ve got is an insanely low budget. I guess all you can do is bid them farewell and hope that they’ll be happy wherever they end up working. As for you, you cross your fingers and hope for the best.
